Needless to say the build itself then fails because it needs
rubygem-rdoc.
If you encounter this the correct fix is to add BuildRequires to you
package for everything you explicitly need to build.
In this case the package doesn't depend explicitly on rubygem-rdoc (a
bug, I think). I'll try to add that and see if it makes a difference.
