FWIW adding `BuildRequires: rubygem(rdoc)' fixed this. Is it strange
that dnf thinks the package has conflicts when I don't request it, but
is happy to install it when I do? The mysteries of SAT-solving I
suppose.
If "conflicts" is DNF's way of saying "These additional packages would
have been installed if automatic installation of recommended packages
hadn't been disabled.", then that's a terrible user interface that needs
to be fixed.
