Taking rsyslog out of @core is a one-line commit to comps which someone
could do in 30 seconds. It hardly needs 'working on'.
Technically, fixing all packages with the assumption "there is a MTA
already installed" and "file for log will be there" are also part of the
feature that would have needed work.
