That is an explicit "Requires: gettext" in mutt.spec, which may not be
needed (I didn't investigate).
The above query only lists the packages that explicitly depend on gettext.
Try using some of the files that gettext provides. Frankly, not much
'needs' gettext once installed, but I've ran into quite a few that require
it during the build.
