Yeah, we briefly discussed in the Package Review sig perhaps having a
random drawing of folks that completed x-number of reviews for a period
of time (something like 3 months), and sending them some form of Fedora
swag.
Perhaps this would be a good compromise -- using randomization to
eliminate bias that favors quantity of simpler reviews.
