When are we tossing JVM (read gcj) and going with the REAL Java?? Will that be in Fedora 9 as conjectured in the past? Oh PLEASE say it's so!
From what I'm seeing it looks like sun has it "distribution ready" with

Fedora 8 already has IcedTea which is based on OpenJDK (not GCJ). For Fedora 9 refer,
