Hi everyone,
Can someone plz explain me the procedure to create a bootable disk from files. I have contents (not iso, but the individual files and folders) of fedora-11 dvd copied into a directory, I wrote them as it is onto a disk, the result being that the disk was not bootable (it was just a normal data disk). I want to write them to a disk in such a way that the disk becomes bootable.
For reference, here are the contents of my direcory

check out the '-b' option to mkisofs:
man mkisofs
and ISOLINUX:
