I did get this in response to my e-mail to davicom.com.tw -- it appears to be from the same Joseph Chang who posted the driver that poma also found. He wants feedback. I will see what to do with this rar file.

Essentially the same content I sent you. Just use kernel >= 3.10 and that's it. ;) You can even try debug kernel 3.11[1], just take into account Fedora will drag if you have a slow machine.
