Not super conveniently. You can get things from koji that you want.
Pretty soon there will be an updates-testing for F12, and you might be
better off waiting for that depending on what you are really trying to
do.
For myself, I just cherry pick packages of interest out of Koji. Typically
that is kernels and xorg related stuff since I have been having video
driver issues for a long time.
Me, too (ATi :-(). However, I still have f11 and the livecds are the
only way to test the latest code. Creating a custom one takes in my
case about 40 mins (no cached repo) and I don't want to make a new one
every few days.
