Hi List,
I did a fresh install of F24 and a full dnf update, since then I am
seeing a lot of packet loss while using NetworkManager, if I set my NIC
to NM_CONTROLLED=no the packet loss stops completely.
I have a NFS mount that freezes periodically using NM.

You can ignore that, after swapping out my motherboard the problem has
gone, oddly the hardware fault never presented itself when running F23,
only after a fresh install to F24. Also, the packet loss was present
when using NM_CONTROLLED=no but it didn't show for 30 minutes.
