When I start puplet, which I do from the shell ("$ puplet") nothing
happens, except that a blank space appears in the system tray. Running
as root and using KDE the same thing happens. Under gnome nothing
happens at all, except that ps shows puplet as running -- I'm not
familiar with gnome so there may be other problems here.
Is this a proper way to start puplet? If not, what is? Does anyone
else have similar problems?
Thanks - jon
