I use audacious 1.5.1 and the plugin exists.
/usr/lib64/audacious/Input/cdaudio-ng.so
Plays audio CDs just fine.
I gave up using Fedora's multimedia packages a long time ago.
Each one has a missing part.
But audio CD? There is no reason for it not being there.
It looks like an ordinary packaging bug. BuildRequires libcdio-devel is
missing.
