Giving Dnf install ffmpeg creates the following message :
Error/Problem
ffmpeg.6.0-16.fc39.x86_64 from rpmfusion requires
ffmpeg-libs(x86_64)=6.0-16.fc39 but none of the providers can be installed.
Conflicting/Requests
Nothing provides libopenh264.so7 (64 bit) needed by
ffmpeg-lib.6.0-16.fc39.x86_64 from rpmfusion.
So by the way the Tor browser is inable to play videos.
Question : How to solve this problem ?
For some reason you are missing the openh264 package. That comes from
the cisco repo which should be enabled by default.
What does "dnf info openh264" show?
