Sorta went OK for me too, except my old bugaboo regarding libssl.so.7
and libcrypto.so.7 reared its ugly head again. I simply can NOT seem
to kill that crap! There's something left over from way back that causes
certain programs to want those ancient libraries (ssh-agent being one
of them).
And before you all start chiding me, yes, I've reinstalled that stuff
ad nauseum. I've tried lots of ways to fix it, but if I delete the
symlinks I have to create, then a boatload of python code goes wonky
and, as we all know (and hate), dnf and its ilk are all python.
I think the only way to kill this is to do a raw install. I hate that
idea.
