It may be "out", but certainly it hasn't been built for Fedora.

Perhaps you can get in touch with the maintainers of the Fedora package (linked on that page) if you are very desperate for the new version and make your case, or perhaps volunteer to help out.

Well, according to the upstream website, the version you want was released on December 22. Do you think it reasonable that it someone would work on getting it into Fedora so quickly?

No; but I did think it odd that Fedora had not replaced .147 with .148. I guess I didn't say that very well; sorry.
