i.e. configure.in in dalesa-1.1.1.tar.bz2 needs fixing.
Open configure.in on some editor and edit around the line 28, then
again run $ sh autogen.sh.
I just commented line 28 and it compiles fine. But the program doesn't
show up although it is in Applications -> Internet. May be perhaps a
bug with the code or the commenting caused the error.
