You can use screen to let people to see what you're doing in real time.
I don't remember which flag you need, I'm feeling lazy to take a look at
the man, though :-)

You I believe missed the point by a wide margin Manuel. Its my machine, and I
want to see what they are doing whether they are aware of being monitored or
not. To have to depend on an action they have to take voluntarily is a
completely wrong assumption.
