Do we need to consider new policies regarding limits on long verbose off charter threads.
Some of you may remember way back when this reflector had a charter regarding something like:

Among other things, I'm on the support list for Scribus, and the software running the list is set to scrub all HTML, leaving only a notice that an HTML attachment has been scrubbed. Once in a while, we get a post from a new user with nothing except that notice.
