Some folks having difficulties may be better served by making sure they have both
dnf-plugin-system-upgrade-0.7.0-1 and python2-dnf-plugin-system-upgrade-0.7.0-1
installed. Not sure if these have been moved to stable yet so you may have to get them
from "updates-testing".
Also, KDE users may have some problems with upgrades until
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2015-084749eee7
gets ironed out. It was noted on the KDE list that "probably broken dependencies,
due to botched kf5-5.15.0 push to
stable updates not working properly (2 days ago), it's being worked on."
