What is going on with Bugzilla? If I try to access that bug I'm told that access is
denied (even when I'm logged in), and if I search for reported bugs in mysql the only
one I get back is 10800 (an unrelated issue). It's as if this bug is being
deliberately hidden. Is it common practice to hide bugs in this way? If so then how do I
know I'm not just duplicating an existing bug when I file a new report?
This issue is hardly a security threat and it seems unneccesary to prevent anyone from
seeing this report, so why is it blocked?
I notice that the original thread about this only arose because the originators reports
kept being closed without the issue being resolved.
This hardly encourages confidence in an open and community supported process.
Checking, the bug is private to a group that seems to have nothing to do
with the subject of the bug (Red Hat Network Product Management) - so
I expect it was just an accidentally clicked checkbox. I've added a
comment to the bug report inquiring about that.
