security.tls.version.min to 1 does not fix the problem?
Yes, i can confirm that
this solved
I set to 1 both security.tls.version.fallback-limit and
security.tls.version.min
and now i can access the accounts ...
Unfortunately the servers cannot be fixed as for CERN until they migrate
off the exchange this cannot be solved, for the other server it is a
Dovecot on centos 7 so with the old openssl
