You didn't put in ATrpms. Add the following lines to /etc/yum.conf:
[atrpms]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - ATrpms
baseurl=http://apt.atrpms.net/fedora/$releasever/en/$basearch/at-bleeding
Then try the yum command again.
I do not receive yet the network communications (or Internet) !!
