Hi;
Just turned beagle back on. beagled has been running for 107 min at 100% cpu usage. My whole hard disk /root and /home is only 4.5 gigs.
Does 107 min for indexing seem right to you?

Fedora version? At least in my case Beagle/FC5 was totally FUBAR'ed. (There's a number of bugs about it eating 100% CPU for hours) I'll give it another try in FC6.

I wouldn't hold your breath. Its still rubbish.
I ran "yum remove beagle" after only a few days of fc6. I gave beagle a chance but it still takes too much cpu, too much memory and doesn't really work.

To, mee the problem is the opposite, I can't get it to index all my files at all, I run beagld as myself are there anything else I should do to get started. I.e. some special indexing program to run. It worked fine in FC5 but in FC6 it seams to be totally broken.
