You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.

Is there a work around or should I just wait ?
$ dnf info google-chrome-stable
Error: No matching Packages to list
There is no chrome package in Fedora. If you have issues with updates
from third party repositories, it is probably better to ask where you
got these repositories from.
Note, that chromium works fine.
