You can use a drive cloning tool (various hard drive manufacturers provide free ones, as well as other sources). You can use "dd" to copy a drive, manually. Just make sure that, whichever way do do it, you change hostnames and network addresses, afterwards.
You can use a "kickstart" file with Anaconda to do "installs" on each PC, with a prepared list of what to install. After one install, there should be one in the /root directory, that'd allow you to create the next machine the same. Or you can custom create one.

Hello, yes Ghost will work with Linux and F7. Install F7 on one hard drive just as you want to be. Then clone the hard drive's from the other computers. Ghost does not care what it works with.

Another way is to set up the F7 files on a local fileshare/NFS/FTP and to boot the 25 clients using "kickstart". You will not need to use stuff like ghost with that - the instalation will run without needing to press any keys or so.
Detailed instructions are in the fedorafaq: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/install-guide/f7/en_US/sn-automating-installat...
Cheers, Frank
I use g4l, a free ghost-like tool that has great documentation for this purpose.
Don't forget to run system-config-network to delete the network settings and start a new device. Otherwise the MAC address is wrong for your hardware.
