Hi List;
Can I set the KDE 4.1 panel to always be the width of the screen? I'm running Fedora 9 in a VM and each time I adjust the screen size I need to also change the panel width.
Also, can I move the widgets on the panel, e.g.: I want to move the desktop pager to the left side of the panel.
Thanks in advance...

That's strange, I thought this was the default... It certainly was when I tried it not too long ago. (I had to switch the resolution for a video projector presentation.) I have no idea why it doesn't work for you.

Bring up the panel controller (what you also use for resizing), then you can drag&drop your applets.

i am still in f8/kde3 and here when i bring up 'control center', 'system settings' for kde4, there is a tab under 'desktop > panels' shown as 'arrangement'.
within there is a selection 'length' where it can be set to 100% and a check box '[] expand as required to fit contents'.
you may try looking for something similar in kde4.
