Hello, I am trying to get Fedora-18-arm on my pogoplug, and having problems so I as told to use netconsole to troubleshoot. I am attempting to follow instructions from:
http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?3,14,14
I am up to starting nc in listen mode:
nc -l -u -p 6666
I have opened udp port 6666 on my notebooks firewall, but I get a usage error, indicating the options are not valid.
So I read the manpage, and find out that our nc cannot have l and p together. So I try out:
nc -u -p 6666
And I still get the warning. Can anyone point me to what the proper Fedora options are for this?
ARGH!!! I reread to manpage for the 3rd time and there was the example! I only needed:
nc -u -l 6666
!!!!
Back to working on the pogo plug. netconsole indicates the usb drive with the kirkwood-arm img is bad.

I know your problem is solved, but you might want to look at the following thread:
