I'm curious why you had to do anything tricky, other than opening the
firewall for NFS and using the appropriate export options. I certainly
don't ever turn off SElinux, it's the number one reason to run Fedora
rather than Ubuntu.
Please share.
I do hope you know that I made sure my configuration was more secure
than just that. Check out the hosts allowed and denied,
