Thanks Joe
Seems there is also a problem with node.js
The problem is that I never updated it for version 0.8 (I didn't have
enough free time to keep up with building everything third-party.) and
since the version shipped there was over six months obsolete I didn't
bother renewing the hosting, having better things to do with the
limited amount of money I have (such as eating ;-).
If you really need the old packages that used to be there you can:
sudo sed -i 's|nodejs.tchol.org|patches.fedorapeople.org/oldnode|g'
/etc/yum.repos.d/nodejs-*.repo
Stephen Gallagher and I are working on bringing a full Node.js stack
to Fedora proper, hopefully starting with Fedora 18.
sudo yum upgrade --disablerepo=updates-testing
Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
http://nodejs.tchol.org/stable/f16/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno
14] curl#7 - "Couldn't connect"
Trying other mirror.
No Packages marked for Update
Is there any way to comment out or delete the offending updates?
You'll just have to pass --skip-broken to yum for now. The maintainer
needs to fix the dependencies on their update.
Let them know it's broken by filing negative karma against the update
[1] and/or filing a bug.
