Yes, I am seeing the same message. Had a number of other updates, and
those were not going thru either, so had to manually do a dnf upgrade other
to get those installed. Don't know why it said skipping, but wouldn't continue.
You can still proceed with the installation . It just informs you
about skipped packages.
In the past one could use --skip-broken with yum, and it would
install the
ones without a conflict.
DNF does this by default.

this is really complex task to get user understandable feedback. There
has been major improvement. Are you using DNF-2.0?
