Hi all,
since installing Fedora 19 (previously running 16), I am noticing that my laptop is running significantly hotter than under, say, Fedora 16.
As a confirmation, I rebooted into Fedora 16, and sure enough, it does run quite a bit cooler.
Dell Latitude E6420
Has anyone else seen this ?
Any solutions ? Suggestions ?
All the best,

What is your graphics card? What drivers are you using for this card, what DE (is it GNOME?)
Install lm_sensors and see what is overheating and is it your video card.
