gnome-keyring-daemon ?
Yes, other week, after an update probably, Evolution have forget all
account password, some time happens.
But this is not a problem, go to KeePasX and copy and paste.
The annoying problem is that it's not possible to access any other
application, like KeePassX (unfortunately, the only valid and usable
keyring in gnome galaxy I know).
The "not possible to access any other application when password request"
is not a Evolution problem but some "new features" of Gnome apply to
some password request for some application.
