I have just yum updated a machine which included updating the kernel from kernel-2.6.20-1.2952.fc6 to kernel-2.6.20-1.2962.fc6
When I booted to the new kernel I was unable to get any better screen resolution that 800x600 !!
Yet re-booting to the previous kernel returned my display to the correct resolution! I am running KDE but this should not affect the display - Has anyone else had this? I guess there is some bad interaction between the xorg and kernel updates?
The hardware profile is

Hi Mike, I got the same Update and I can not see any change as a result from it.
