You must be using FC2 I don't have a "Start-Here" icon on my desktop

What version of gnome are you using? mine is gnome-desktop-2.8.0-3
Sorry, I was not clear, I have the "start here", I do not have "file
types & programs". I am using FC3 with all the latest updates. I just
want a gui where I can set _all_ mime types not the right-click on a
file of the particular mime type I want to change.
