I think the "correct" way of loading kernel modules is to add them to
/etc/modules.conf.

Whatever way works best.. Not everyone knows the 'Correct' way of
loading kernel modules. When I had the problem of a module not loading
when it needed to.. A google of the net informed me to do it the way I
suggested. But as I said, whichever way works best.
