Thanks, I'll look at that. Actually, I've installed the unhide-passwords Firefox addon, and this allowed me to verify that I was indeed typing the correct PIN. In spite of this, the bank told me it was incorrect.
Could there possibly be an error creeping in between laptop and bank?

I see that Chrome has a similar addon, Gumshoe, so my next step is to try that.
