I erased the .mozilla dir, but did not help. I also created another user with the same glitches.
It is a fedora 18 machine. Is it a graphic, hardware, network, software (like java) issue?

Looking at those scripts it looks like a lot of them are advertising tracking scripts. You have two options.
1. Block all adverts with Adblock Edge (a fork of Adblock Plus)
2. Use noscript and enable scripts one by one to see which one is freezing Firefox.
