After some research in Google, I found the solution. Couldn't
be simpler:
As root, type:
#/sbin/chkconfig kudzu off
That's it! Reboot and you'll see that kudzu is gone forever.

Of course, if you need it again, just type:
#sbin/chkconfig kudzu on
