It is the typical notation for "equal to" and is used in thousands of
packages. Instead of "=" it can also be ">=", "<=",
">" and "<", for
example. Here, a package "xine" with exactly version "1.1.5" is
needed, so xine-lib-1.1.5.

It is a Fedora Extras package, which is at 1.1.6 already.

Well for me it the following:
Processing Dependency: xine-lib = 1.1.5 for package: xine-lib-moles
I know that there is a lag time waiting for it to become available from
Livna
To upgrade other items do
yum --exclude=xine* upgrade
otherwise wait.
