Strangely enough it is now. Per my notification from RHN today.....

TB 9 is listed in my up2date but when I click it and go through the menus... up2date.. declares I am up to date.. but yet... I still have TB.8 and the red ! still flashes at me.
I just went to get the rpm and I am going to do it myself T
Just this morning: [root$] yum update did update TB for me (along with other stuff), from the default redhat repositories.
