Try
xinit -- :0
to open a gui session with a terminal window. If you have xfce installed,
xfce4-session
will start it. You can check with dnf to see just what is installed.
OK I see :) the xinit open a gui terminal and I tried startxfce4 and it
opened the gui. I see, I normally boot in a cli and never use a gui, I
have added it this time for internet work and to try.
