Is there any speech-to-text software usable in a Fedora Linux environment?

Just last night I finished my re-installation of Fedora 37 specifically to run Whisper https://github.com/openai/whisper
Hardware: - AMD Ryzen 7 1700 with 32GB RAM - NVIDIA 1080 with 8GB
Software - Fedora 37 installation with XFCE - rpmFusion - packages: ffmpeg, conda, python3.9, and nvidia X drivers (xorg-x11- drv-nvidia-cuda.x86_64 xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-power)
Steps to configure - Had to use a graphical target, even without a monitor attached to the computer - created a conda environment with python 3.9 - pytorch (https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/) with cuda 11.7 - whisper setup: pip install -U openai-whisper
I am able to transcribe an hour program in about 30 minutes
I'll help where I can, but no promises. I've installed this only once.
