No need to report, it's common for all distros, kde related and has been reported and discussed different forums much.
And it is this:
[oh1mrr@oh1mrr Photos]$ kbluetooth4-devicemanager QDBusObjectPath: invalid path "" process 29170: arguments to dbus_message_new_method_call() were incorrect, assertion "path != NULL" failed in file dbus- message.c line 1070. This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library. D-Bus not built with -rdynamic so unable to print a backtrace KCrash: Application 'kbluetooth4-devicemanager' crashing... sock_file=/home/oh1mrr/.kde/socket-oh1mrr.ampr.org/kdeinit4__0 [1] Exit 253 kbluetooth4-devicemanager
[2]+ Stopped kbluetooth4-devicemanager
