Hi,
I have an Asus laptop, which Fedora 11 doesn't seem to be able to tell anything about the battery status, although Fedora 9 does. Any clues about what to look into about this?
Thanks.

You want to look at the output of "devkit-power --dump" and then look at bugzilla for a problem similar to yours: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?component=gnome-power-manager&pr...

Does
cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state
produce something useful?
