I don't see ttysnoop package in fedora so is there another way to do this on fedora boxes?
You can use screen to let people to see what you're doing in real time. I don't remember which flag you need, I'm feeling lazy to take a look at the man, though :-)

You I believe missed the point by a wide margin Manuel. Its my machine, and I want to see what they are doing whether they are aware of being monitored or not. To have to depend on an action they have to take voluntarily is a completely wrong assumption.
