Please see the kernel update announce mail. The new kernel - which is kernel-2.6.10-1.737_FC3 - fixes more or less severe bugs. One of them is a possible local root exploit!

Under each circumstance you should care for those fixes and update.
But I expect a new kernel these days, fixing the next root exploit bug discovered these days:

Although this one only affects SMP kernel users.
