Your original question implied you wanted to *create* podcasts, which is why Audacity would be a good answer (it's a sound recording and editing tool).
To *listen* to podcasts try the list at http://www.podcastingnews.com/topics/Podcast_Software.html

Hello Jonathan,
Thank for your help.
I tried Audacity, but it does not like to work to listen my radio ! I do not see how I can give it a rss link ? I tried to install icepodder, but I get an error when I run it (/usr/local/icepodder/CastPodderGui.py:48: DeprecationWarning: The wxPython compatibility package is no longer automatically generated or actively maintained. Please switch to the wx package as soon as possible. from wxPython.wx import *)
What are the other options ?
Regards.

What should I use topodcat with Fedora 7 ?
Depends what you had in mind specifically, but I'd say that Audacity is a great piece of software for this :)
Best wishes,
Jon
