I've warned the creators/maintainers about the Beta freeze but
apparently they either can't test/fix or they won't test/fix.
This is the second time Release Engineering is handed off garbage and
I'm not sure what we as a Spin SIG can do about it other then trying to
make the testing an automagic process as far as the composing is concerned.
Otherwise, I assume this is the only other option, we need to tell the
creators/maintainers that as soon as you fail to compose a spin, it's
dropped.
I think for Beta, that is a valid option. Most certainly for RC. For Alpha
(in the future at least), we might be a bit more lenient.
