I should also note that there is one interesting gotcha:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rubygem-mocha/blob/rawhide/f/rubygem-m...
The issue here is that while `ruby2_keywords` is part of StdLib, we
don't provide `rubygem()` provides for default gems. I think we should
fix it, given that the standard library is more and more gemified and
I'd like to actually encourage everybody to fully specify their
dependencies. The only question is if there is any elegant way to do it.

The rubygem-minitest 5.19 landing in Rawhide forced me to update
rubygem-mocha to the latest version to fix the compatibility. While it
fixes the minitest compatibility, it also creates its own
incompatibilities.
One of the is the removal of the deprecated `mocha/setup` file, which
used to the standard entry point in the past. This namely breaks:
* rubygem-uuid:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rubygem-uuid/pull-request/1
* rubygem-rack-cors:
https://github.com/cyu/rack-cors/pull/266
But also possibly others. Please check your packages and let me know
if you need any help. Sorry for the breakages.
