I agree. The current list of packages is quite subjective in nature
-- the subject being myself. That was the initial attempt, strictly
for hobbyistic reasons.
Thunderbird is definitely going out of this spin and so will other
packages which are there, strictly because they are personal
favorites. I shall keep you/list updated on the new kickstart file.
I will also include the umbrella tools like automake,autoconf.
Should I clone the 'comps' repo and write a patch for the
"Scientific and Engineering" group? This will help me in writing the
kickstart file as well.
Sounds like a good start, yes.
